Job Title: Field Integrated Marketing Lead

Microsoft is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Integrated Marketing Lead to join our team in the Greater China Region. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for leading a team of modern marketers and orchestrating integrated marketing plans across solution plays, segments, and target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute local marketing plans aligned to business strategy and priorities for GCR.
  • Build trusted partnerships with regional & local leaders and stakeholders to establish the appropriate marketing plan.
  • Drive a digital first culture and oversee the execution of integrated marketing plans.
  • Lead with data & insights to drive a high-performance marketing culture and enable connected sales and marketing outcomes.
  • Manage and track marketing budgets and spend to ensure adherence to budget principles and compliance standards.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of integrated marketing experience, including campaign planning and execution, digital marketing, event management, program management, marketing operations, or related work experience.
  • 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of integrated marketing experience.
  • 5+ years of people management experience.
