This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative company that is shaping the future of mobility. As an Accounting Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health and compliance of our operations in Greater China.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with experience in managing financial close processes, account reconciliations, and statutory reporting. You will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external auditors.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and supervising the daily operations of the Greater China finance department and accounting services.
  • Leading the monthly financial close process, account reconciliation process, and (variance) analysis reports.
  • Preparing statutory reports in line with local Chinese GAAP.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to deliver results.
  • Collaborating with external auditors to ensure successful financial and tax audits and to ensure compliance.

To be considered for this position, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or above in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or related areas.
  • 3+ years of experience as an accounting manager or team leader.
  • Very good English written and verbal skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills (team player).
  • Excellent leadership skills with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work efficiently under time pressure.
  • Good skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint as well as Accounting ERP systems (preferably Workday/Blackline).
  • Financial analytics experience.
  • Understanding of local Accounting Standards/GAAP and/or US GAAP.
  • Experience in audit and/or SOX controls is preferred.

We offer a generous compensation package, including an estimated salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as annual bonus opportunities, insurance coverage, paid time off, and remote work options.
