About the Role:

This exciting opportunity is part of HSBC's efforts to enhance its fraud operations and risk management capabilities. As ASP Head of Fraud Operations Support, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective implementation and execution of fraud capabilities and controls across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement global standards and best practices for fraud operations to ensure risk mitigation and business objectives alignment.
  • Lead the development of functional procedures and standards to deliver optimum business performance and customer-centric functions.
  • Ensure compliance with Group standards and policies, including BRCM activities and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Direct remediation efforts to ensure risk mitigation and monitor operational risk activities, including BRCM and RCA assurance testing.
  • Implement fraud operational best practices and standards within assigned regions and countries.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in the deployment and strengthening of global fraud standards within ASP.
  • Develop relationships and communication channels with other WPB business functions to ensure an aligned customer journey throughout the fraud and onboarding process.

Requirements:
  • Seven to Ten years of experience managing within operations.
  • Proven track record as a consultant (change management or business transformation) and/or project manager.
  • Excellent knowledge of the change process, project lifecycle, and consulting tools and techniques.
  • Highly developed conceptual skills and analytical skills to craft and execute sophisticated hypothesis-driven analysis.
  • High energy and results-oriented individual contributor and team member.
  • Ability to rapidly form effective relationships and achieve influence at senior levels in the organization.
