At TOMRA, we are seeking an experienced Order and Distribution Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead order management processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers
  • Manage and coordinate with suppliers to optimize logistics and inventory levels
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in logistics and inventory management, preferably in a multinational company
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
