We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Manager to join our team at Teleport. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cross-border ecommerce logistics solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends
- Product planning and development of cross-border ecommerce logistics products and services
- Operational guidance and SOP development for logistics operations
- Routing planning and optimization for timely and efficient delivery
- Supplier selection, evaluation, and performance monitoring
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of experience in the international airfreight logistics industry
- Cross-border ecommerce and international express/courier products experience preferred
- Fluent English language skills
