Key Responsibilities- Uncover actionable insights from seller journeys and obstacles to inform your marketing strategy.
- Design and develop engaging marketing content, including prospect nurturing materials, WeChat content, videos, and live-broadcasting.
- Analyze seller feedback to optimize processes and program offerings.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives, identifying areas for improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing-related matters, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.
- A minimum of 4 years of non-internship marketing experience.
- Proven success in building and executing cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive decision-making.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and manipulation.
- Expertise in utilizing customer research, data, and metrics to inform marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in systems and tools such as email, web, analytics, and CRM software (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce).
