Senior Manager Omni Channel Trading Analysis

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Omni Channel Trading Analysis team at Adidas. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and supporting all-season inventory utilization and operations to drive top-line sales, ensure profitability, and maximize inventory productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize inventory levels across all channels, including franchise and wholesale, own retail, e-commerce, and outlets.
  • Provide in-depth analysis of product and category performance, including sales, best sellers, margins, and stock-turn.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of product publishing, hard launch, and hype launch strategies.
  • Monitor returns and provide insights for franchise take-back.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including buying teams, channel operations, and allocation teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in trading analysis and inventory management, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, analyze, and propose solutions to complex business issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a quantitative field.
