Huntsman's Advanced Materials division is seeking a Customer Experience Improvement Manager to identify, develop, and implement business change initiatives that support the global customer experience strategy.

This role will focus on initiating and socializing improvement opportunities in how Huntsman Advanced Materials engage with customers from order entry to delivery of goods.

Key responsibilities will include contributing to the Order to Cash process and digital transformation, identifying and reporting potential business improvements, and creating business cases to evaluate the benefits of proposed changes.

Additionally, the Customer Experience Improvement Manager will ensure appropriate preparation for steering team meetings, manage and report any deviations to the initial project budget, and develop training for end users as needed.

This role is accountable for monitoring market trends and identifying best practices across industries.

Key competencies for this role include strong analytical and synthesis skills, ability to work on deadlines, and strong change management and interpersonal skills.
