We are seeking a talented Fraud Risk Officer to take on regional responsibilities in the Asia Pacific region, as part of our Global Anti-Fraud & Digital Forensics team within Group Internal Audit (GIA).

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate regional fraud investigations, managing the entire investigation cycle from initial reporting to case conclusion.
- Conduct interviews as part of the investigative process.
- Prepare and present findings and recommendations to regional stakeholders.
- Define the scope of forensic assignments in collaboration with the AF/DF team.
- Utilize specialized forensic software, including the Nuix Investigator platform.
- Manage APMM's global whistleblower system.
- Contribute to GIA's annual fraud plan and ongoing initiatives.
- Review and document the adequacy of internal control systems.
- Prepare materials for the APMM Audit Committee.
- Engage with external service providers and public authorities.
- Collaborate closely with the global AF/DF team on fraud-related matters.
- Lead training sessions on fraud awareness and related topics.
- Provide input into organizational policies and procedures.
Required Skills:
- Fluency in English and Chinese, both written and verbal, is essential.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting complex issues clearly to stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain trustworthy relationships.
- Demonstrated assertiveness and resilience in challenging situations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Proactive ownership of designated responsibilities and supervisory roles.
- High level of collaboration in cross-cultural teams.
- Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate large datasets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A naturally curious and approachable personality.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Law, Accounting, Audit, Economics, Finance, or Compliance.
- Professional certifications such as CIA or CFE are advantageous.
Experience Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in a corporate, consultancy, or governmental setting.
- Experience in shipping, logistics, or transport is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Proficient in IT and experienced with Microsoft and Power BI.
- Familiarity with forensic software and data analytics tools is a plus.
