Job Title: Product Manager for Global Selling

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to support our Global Selling team in Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management and be able to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the recruitment domain for Paid, including fee design, promotion launch, and sales & marketing empowerment
  • Invent solutions that are scalable and drive long-term impact, while defining practical and optimized milestones to execute
  • Prioritize features effectively based on top-down business objectives and bottom-up Seller needs; own the roadmap of an entire product
  • Establish strong relationships and trust with global stakeholders to share methodology, gain support, and introduce new features to benefit CN Sellers
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in 2B Product/Program management or Consulting
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and collaboration skills in Chinese and English
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, dive deep independently on broad scope issues
  • Superior analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to acquire/interpret data and make business recommendations
  • Ability to manage, prioritize, and execute multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the entire product life cycle from concept to launch
  • Genuine and intense customer focus
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA from top-tier school
  • Familiar with Pricing methodologies for commercial products
  • Experience in CRM and business development for 2B services
