Job Title: Lead of Account Management, CN Global Selling

Amazon (Shanghai) International Trading Company Limited Shenzhen Branch - K17 is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead of Account Management, CN Global Selling to join our team. As a key member of our Global Selling team, you will be responsible for building and developing a strong team of Account Managers to support China-based Sellers who enroll in Amazon Paid Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and develop a talented team of Account Managers.
  • Lead the team to work with Sellers who enroll in Amazon paid services to expand their product selections and improve their product and shopping experience.
  • Simplify existing working processes and invent new working mechanisms to improve team productivity and efficiency.
  • Support Seller recruitment team on prospects targeting and program enrollment.
  • Generate high-quality Seller insight to influence Amazon WW product roadmap and policy/process change.
  • Drive WW alignment on category development plan and partner with WW marketplace team on new feature/program pilot.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
  • Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience using analytical, account management, and productivity tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of team management experience.
  • Experience with annual brand and media planning.
