  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify talent acquisition needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality recruitment services.
  • Contribute to the development of the overall talent acquisition function, providing input and guidance on best practices and innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in recruiting, including experience in managing recruiters and projects.
  • Proven track record of success in driving a holistic recruitment strategy and delivering high-quality talent acquisition services.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of recruiters.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
