Global Talent Acquisition Director, Greater China

The Talent Acquisition Manager will drive consistency, optimize processes, and create cohesion across the team. The Manager will create a transformational work experience with meaningful professional growth and high performance. This individual will work closely with Senior Talent Acquisition Managers to understand and execute plans to make change and maintain close partnerships with regional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate capabilities to engage with Talent Acquisition leadership on strategy and detail within HR, Legal, Data, Finance, and IT.
- Communicate programs, find resources, resolve open issues, and manage day-to-day efforts.
- Create a comprehensive project plan, including all workstream and functional team tasks to achieve each milestone.
- Align the team on priorities, disseminate key information, and support department leads.
- Achieve business impact and improve performance metrics by supporting process improvement initiatives.
- Effectively manage a hiring process from start to finish.
- Communicate with cross-functional partners on risks, issues, priorities, deliverables, and overall status to management and key stakeholders.
- Partner with systems and business teams to gather technical and functional requirements.
- Partner with leadership on defining standard interview processes and strategy.
- Anticipate hiring manager needs and proactively solve problems.
- Act as an engaged teammate to others in talent discovery.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience, preferably in-house and agency.
- Experience sourcing candidates across local and international platforms.
- Experience using ATS systems, ideally Greenhouse.
- Thrive in ambiguity, be a self-starter, and demonstrate analytical problem-solving.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business situations.
- Care deeply about making strong relationships and mentoring staff.
- Experience training Hiring Managers on recruitment best practices.
- Proactive mindset with ability to work independently and make thoughtful decisions.
- Great presence and polish in person, comfortable making decisions and communicating concisely.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with acute attention to detail and deliver high-quality work.
