Job Title: Senior Executive

As a Senior Executive at Hireio, Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, ensuring the efficient functioning of all departments, and driving business growth and market expansion.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement company strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.
  2. Oversee and manage daily operations of the company, ensuring the efficient functioning of all departments.
  3. Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis, formulate and adjust market strategies.
  5. Manage and develop team members, promoting employee development and career growth.
  6. Develop and manage the budget to ensure financial health.
  7. Evaluate business performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement related measures.
  8. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, adjusting company strategies accordingly.
  9. Develop and implement company risk management plans to ensure business continuity.
  10. Coordinate relationships with key stakeholders to promote company development.
  11. Ensure the company complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  2. At least 5 years of senior management experience, with a background in Human Resources or related industry preferred.
  3. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
  4. Familiarity with market analysis and business development strategies.
  5. Strong customer service awareness and relationship management skills.
  6. Ability to think strategically and solve problems, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
