Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager – Business Development, China to join our team at Anantara Vacation Club.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and maintain a preferred network of Strategic Partnerships/Relationship Management in Mainland China.
* Secure data sources from demographically aligned partner databases.
* Create detailed marketing plans and campaign calendars for preview channel activities and ensure their successful execution.
* Follow brand guidelines for approvals and compliance on all related marketing materials.
* Enforce brand awareness and positive digital media presence on potential partner platforms.
* Liaison with internal Marketing Communications department for project coordination and execution of consistent & high-quality collateral development.
* Assist the Group Director of Marketing – Strategy and Thailand Operations with budgeting, P&L goals & company financial objectives.
* Maintain reports of all marketing business data points related to the scope of this role.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree. More than 5 years of related working experience in Marketing Alliances or Business Development roles, with a proven track record for developing new relationships and acquisitions.
* Cultural sensitivity to regional differences in business development within Mainland China and South-East Asia.
* Language requirements: Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and English.
