Job Title: Business Development Manager, China

Join Anantara Vacation Club as a Business Development Manager, China, and take on a challenging role that requires strategic thinking, marketing expertise, and partnership management skills. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth in Mainland China through effective partnership marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute partnership marketing strategies to drive business growth in Mainland China.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key partners, including retailers, airlines, financial institutions, and lifestyle companies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute campaign plans, including campaign timelines, creative briefs, and promotional materials.
  • Measure campaign performance and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Track project progress, identify issues, and escalate as necessary to ensure timely completion of projects.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two (2) years of work experience in marketing and business development, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Mainland China's market classification, demographics, travel trends, and innovative ways to improve partnership management.
  • Ability to engage with senior marketing managers and represent Business Development appropriately when discussing key initiatives.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate projects among multiple parties.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in conversing and interpreting Simplified Chinese and English is a must (Traditional Chinese will be beneficial).
