Job Description

Beijing Century Joyo Information Technology Co., Ltd. Chengdu Branch is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Global Supply Chain Strategist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize our import supply chain processes, ensuring seamless execution and maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze and improve vendor on-time performance, reduce operational defects, and streamline operations between vendor partners and Amazon.
  • Root-Cause Analysis and Reporting: Drive root-cause analysis and reporting on operational issues, develop action plans, and project manage improvements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with ocean and air counterparts to achieve best-in-class delivery time and on-time percentage, and communicate clearly and professionally with senior leadership in reporting, delivering project updates, and handling escalation.
  • Import Ordering Strategies: Implement import ordering strategies for all import products to ensure Amazon meets the optimal mix of domestic and import sourcing.
  • Process Improvement: Work cross-functionally to identify and build best practices and process improvements.
Requirements:
  • International Supply Chain Experience: Good understanding of international supply chain practice.
  • Supply Chain Management: 2+ years in supply chain/logistics management.
  • Detail-Oriented: Detail-oriented, issue tracking, and problem-resolving capability.
  • Language Skills: Professional working proficiency in English.
  • Adaptability: Sense of urgency and adaptability in response to changing business needs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, both verbal and written, with proven ability to effectively manage, influence, negotiate, and communicate with external business partners and internal teams to meet operational performance goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Independence and Innovation: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired, maintain strong focus on detail, prioritize workloads, and always meet deadlines.
  • Order Planning and Management: Experience on order planning/management.
  • Data Analysis: Experience in analyzing data and communicating the results to business leaders.
  • Technical Skills: SQL and Access knowledge will be an advantage.
