Job Description

Job Title: Project Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Lead to join our team in the China region. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and deployment of the NMQ program, working closely with various sectors to ensure a synchronized approach to NMQ processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy the NMQ program in the China region, understanding the landscape of quality hits during the NMQ phase at customer sites.
  • Identify common denominators for NMQ hits and define priorities based on internal and external impact.
  • Define improvement opportunities to improve the NMQ performance and drive issue resolution & prevention of new machines through regional and global collaboration.
  • Closely collaborate with different sectors to ensure a synchronized approach to NMQ processes.
  • Support on customer communication with Customer Quality Managers and drive the quality mindset & training especially on NMQ.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry, Professional Field Service Operations, and people leadership.
  • Proficient use of MS office, SAP, SMS/MHO, AIR, and Microsoft BI/PowerApps and/or Spotfire.
  • Experience/Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS, Six Sigma, SPC, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, and problem-solving skills/tools and techniques.
  • Strong communication (Chinese & English) and influencing skills, stakeholder management at different levels in organization, and motivated and enthusiastic team player.
