Job Description

As a Clinical Monitoring Team Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of clinical studies. You will lead a team of clinical monitors to deliver high-quality results while meeting customer expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing clinical monitoring strategies to ensure study compliance and quality;
  • Liaising with customers to understand their needs and develop customized solutions;
  • Mentoring and training clinical monitors to enhance their skills and knowledge;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve study-related issues;
  • Ensuring timely completion of study deliverables and maintaining accurate records.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a life science or related field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in clinical monitoring or a related field;
  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders;
  • A strong understanding of ICH GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
