Job Description
As a Clinical Monitoring Team Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of clinical studies. You will lead a team of clinical monitors to deliver high-quality results while meeting customer expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing clinical monitoring strategies to ensure study compliance and quality;
- Liaising with customers to understand their needs and develop customized solutions;
- Mentoring and training clinical monitors to enhance their skills and knowledge;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve study-related issues;
- Ensuring timely completion of study deliverables and maintaining accurate records.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a life science or related field;
- At least 5 years of experience in clinical monitoring or a related field;
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders;
- A strong understanding of ICH GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
