The Maintenance Operator will be located in Malu Town, Jiading District, Shanghai.

Key Responsibilities:

Preventive Maintenance:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on production and auxiliary equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
  • Conduct daily checks and calibrate equipment as required to maintain efficiency and safety.
  • Record equipment conditions and maintenance activities on the Maintenance Log.
  • Assist contractors with scheduled maintenance and repairs on specialized equipment.
  • Carry out tasks assigned by the Equipment & Facility Manager or Maintenance Team Leader.

Troubleshooting:

  • Identify and resolve mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic issues on plant equipment.
  • Ensure all equipment and facilities are in good working condition, with a focus on prompt recovery in case of breakdowns.
  • Be available for on-call repairs outside regular working hours.

Inventory Management:

  • Monitor and maintain inventory control of spare parts, tracking consumption and updating records as needed.
  • Report critical part shortages to the Equipment & Facility Supervisor to prevent unnecessary downtime.

Health and Safety:

  • Conduct daily checks to ensure electrical, water, and air/gas supplies are safe and controlled.

5S:

  • Maintain a clean and organized environment in the maintenance room, spare parts warehouse, and other assigned areas.

Requirements:

  • Senior High School or equivalent education.
  • More than 3 years of equipment maintenance experience in an ISO9001 manufacturing plant, preferably in rubber and polymer manufacturing.
  • Licensed for medium-grade electrical maintenance.
  • Familiarity with hydraulic equipment troubleshooting and CNC lathe maintenance experience is a plus.
