Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new product development strategies to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new products.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with new product introductions.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing-related industry, with 1+ year of experience in new product development.
- Strong project management skills and experience with APQP.
- Fluency in oral and written English.
Preferred Skills:
- Process thinking and rational thinking skills.
- Experience with KT, DMAIC, and other quality management tools.
- Statistical analysis knowledge and experience with Minitab or JMP.
