About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer to join our team at Philips Ultrasound Shanghai. As a key member of our R&D Department, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced fabrication processes for our core products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with R&D engineers to develop new and state-of-the-art techniques and processes for transducer design and development.
  • Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure smooth production and high-quality outcomes.
  • Participate in all phases of transducer development, from specification to testing and validation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, design, review, implement, test, and deliver results on time.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated history of solid occupational ethics.
  • Master's degree or higher in Materials Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in transducer process development, with thorough understanding of modern engineering tools, methods, processes, and practices.
  • Familiarity with state-of-the-art development techniques, tolerance analysis, and quality sense.
  • Ability to work effectively in complex projects, operate independently, and resolve technical issues.
Benefits
