Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Wealth Preservation Specialist to join our team at Company 43 - Manulife-Sinochem Life Insurance Co. Ltd.

Responsibilities
  • Provide legal consultation services to clients of the wealth preservation center, offering advice and guidance on various matters.
  • Collaborate with branch offices to develop and implement legal strategies for client operations, business visits, and customer consultations.
  • Support the recruitment and training of top-performing sales personnel across the country by providing tailored legal support and resources.
  • Deliver legal training and knowledge sharing sessions to institutional coaches within the company.
  • Analyze and research high-net-worth clients' legal issues, conduct case studies, and extract best practices to enhance sales conversions.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or higher from a reputable institution, preferably in a related field such as law.
  • At least 7 years of experience working in a law firm, with preference given to well-known law firms.
  • Possession of a valid law profession certification.
  • Strong practical skills in handling legal matters, with expertise in marital and corporate governance areas, as well as cross-border wealth management laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and travel frequently.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
