About the Role

Nexperia is seeking a highly skilled Principal Industrial Application Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Global Sales and Marketing organization, you will be responsible for providing application-level marketing material and trainings for our Industrial customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze block diagrams and schematics to gain a deep understanding of Industrial applications and become a subject matter expert.
  • Create application-level marketing material to support sales and Field Application Engineers.
  • Promote the value of Nexperia solutions and quantify technical benefits to customers.
  • Stay informed about competitive products and technologies in dedicated applications.
  • Translate system requirements into product specifications for our product roadmaps.
  • Manage application-specific design-in promotional campaigns.
  • Support the preparation of white papers and blogs for focused applications.
  • Engage with customers to provide technical system support.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in electrical/industrial engineering, physics, or economics.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in Business Development, Sales, Product Marketing, or Application Engineering.
  • Expertise in the Industrial semiconductor market and understanding of Nexperia's product portfolio.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and strong communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
