Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams on the use of Semtech's products and technologies.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including datasheets, application notes, and user guides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new product features and technologies.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers and internal teams on the use of Semtech's products and technologies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and provide recommendations for new product development and feature enhancements.
- BSEE/MSEE with 10+ years' hardware RD experience or 6+ years' FAE experience in the semiconductor or related electronics distribution industry.
- 6+ years work experience in Hisense Brandband company (this requirement is hard, but please remove if it is not suitable to list in public).
- Knowledge with analog/Mixed Signal Semiconductors.
- Understanding and experience of high speed schematics and PCB design, able to support customer finish SCH and PCB layout review independently.
- Knowledge of basic flows of firmware/GUI running is required.
- Knowledge of the fundamental of optical chips/assembly is required.
- Good knowledge of Analogue and Digital/MCU circuit design is preferred.
- Familiar with Semtech product is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of IC's design/manufacture/test/storage is preferred.
- Good experience of power and TVS products is required.
- Results driven; must demonstrate excellent multi-tasking and time management skills; proactive customer support skills.
- Excellent problem solving, presentation, communication skills.
- Willing to travel.
- Good command of oral & written English.
- Discipline, integrity, passion and self-motivated
