Position Title: Regional Broad Medical Market Manager

Reporting Structure: Reports to the National Broad Medical Market Manager

Role Objective:

  • Develop annual business plans aligned with channel strategic goals to achieve sales targets.
  • Implement academic promotions as per Playbook requirements to enhance BMM team operational efficiency.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with distributors to drive project collaboration and meet KPIs.
  • Foster strong relationships with the business team to jointly manage distributor inventory and fulfill annual agreements.
  • Independently assess and anticipate policy, market opportunities, and risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist distributors in recruiting contract representatives, managing their conduct, and ensuring performance delivery.
  • Facilitate compliance training for distributors and contract representatives, adhering to GSK SOP.
  • Enhance terminal customer potential analysis capabilities, improving the quantity and quality of contract representatives' HT & Call metrics.
  • Regularly review and update the list of named hospitals and incremental hospitals to achieve KPI targets.
  • Strengthen negotiation skills with major clients and cultivate positive relationships with distributors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in biological sciences, pharmaceuticals, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with the broad medical market, particularly in the context of medical supply entities and networks, with a proven track record.
  • Strong market acumen, exceptional analytical skills, and excellent team management capabilities, along with robust business development and negotiation skills.
