Key Responsibilities- Register new candidates to our database.
- Call candidates in our database to update their current status and update the information in our system.
- Utilizing your network, job boards, referrals, advertising, and headhunting to find exceptional candidates.
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with candidates.
- Recruiting IT professionals in a time-sensitive environment and placing them in high-end technical positions across multiple client companies.
- Enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's Degree or planned to be graduating by June or already graduated.
- Genuine interest in technology and innovation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills & organizational skills.
- Proactive, team-player, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
- Fluent Mandarin and intermediate level English is required.
- Desirable previous work experience in internships or Professional Business Practices.
- Previous recruitment or sales experience is greatly preferred.
