About the Job

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and hiring top IT talent for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our recruitment team to support daily recruitment and management activities;
  • Register new candidates in our database;
  • Determine client personnel requirements with client managers;
  • Develop and execute search strategies, recruit candidates, and build/maintain a leading-edge professional talent pool;
  • Utilize your network, job boards, referrals, advertising, and headhunting to find exceptional candidates;
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with candidates;
  • Recruit IT professionals in a time-sensitive environment and place them in high-end technical positions across multiple client companies;
  • Be an expert in candidate combinations;

Requirements:

  • Enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's Degree or planned to be graduating by June or already graduated;
  • Genuine interest in technology and innovation;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills & organizational skills;
  • Proactive, team-player, self-motivated, and willing to learn;
  • Fluent Mandarin and intermediate level English is required;
  • Desirable previous work experience in internships or Professional Business Practices;
  • Previous recruitment or sales experience is greatly preferred;
