Business Development Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Intern to join our team at Infineon Technologies. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in HR and business development.
Responsibilities:- Assist in the preparation of various reports on a regular basis, including meeting summaries and talent database maintenance.
- Support the recruitment process by interviewing candidates, arranging meetings, and maintaining the company's Recruitment System.
- Conduct research to identify top talent through various channels and assist with intern recruitment efforts.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Prepare job postings and maintain internal referral data.
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in HR or a related field is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detailed-oriented, results-driven, and enthusiastic individual.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications.
- Positive attitude, eager to learn, and willing to take on new challenges.
- Able to work at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 3 months.
