Content Strategist, Asia Seller

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Content Manager to lead our dynamic team of content developers in Asia Seller Education. As a key member of our Global Selling team, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation, management, and optimization of content across multiple external and internal-facing education programs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a content strategy that meets learner needs and business objectives, analyzing industry trends and adapting strategies to maximize engagement.
- Manage a team of four content developers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure team cohesion and productivity.
- Oversee the content development roadmap, ensuring timely production of high-quality content, editing and approving content pieces to ensure alignment with standards.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of content strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with product and program management, product marketing, sales, and account management teams to create cohesive and impactful content, ensuring alignment with knowledge about Selling on Amazon.
- Stay updated with the latest content trends and technologies, proposing and implementing new ideas.
Our Asia Seller Education team strives to provide world-class education programs to empower Sellers to start and grow their business on Amazon globally. We deliver high-quality education when and where Sellers need it, driving innovation to optimize Seller experience over time. Our portfolio consists of global and local-initiated programs to fulfill Sellers' learning preferences with Self-service learning and Instructor-led training.
Our team members come from multiple industries with diverse expertise, based in China, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam, collaborating together toward one Seller Success vision for Asia-based Sellers.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in content management or related roles, with 5+ years in a leadership position.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with direct oversight of content teams, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Ability to analyze data and use analytics to drive content decisions, identify potential issues, and initiate solutions proactively.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong portfolio of published content, a keen eye for detail to ensure the quality of project outcomes.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities.
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of the cross-border ecommerce landscape, including regulatory, logistical, and cultural challenges of export ecommerce operations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to influence others and manage relationships effectively.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-growth industry environment is highly desirable.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of content trends and integrating innovative approaches into content creation.
