Job Summary
IQVIA seeks a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director to lead our legal services and advice team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in contract and employment law, with the ability to provide strategic guidance and support to our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement legal strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
• Provide expert advice on contract law, employment law, and commercial law to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to negotiate and draft commercial contracts.
• Liaise with Human Resources to ensure compliance with employment law and regulations.
• Advise on patent, copyright, and trademark matters, as well as real estate and privacy issues.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree and JD required.
• 8 years of related experience, including 5 years in corporate law.
• Strong organizational, planning, project management, communication, presentation, and influence skills.
• Solid understanding of government regulations affecting the operation of the organization.
• Excellent skills using MS Office Suite, including MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
