Regional HR Business Partner

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional HR Business Partner to join our team in China. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting the regional general manager in aligning HR strategies with business objectives and contributing to the organization's success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with regional general manager to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Act as a local point of expertise on HR processes and people approaches, providing guidance and support to business leaders and employees.
  • Oversee workforce planning and recruitment processes to ensure the organization has the right talent in the right roles.
  • Utilize HR analytics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improving HR strategies and processes.
  • Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition for employees and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, while mitigating HR-related risks.
  • Coach and provide feedback to business leaders and key talent, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated experience in change management and organizational development is a plus.
  • Good English speaking and writing skills.
