Job Title: Regional Promotion Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Promotion Lead to join our team at 1215 GlaxoSmithKline (China) Investment Co Ltd. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for leading regional market promotion efforts, developing and executing marketing strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead regional market promotion teams to ensure high-quality execution of GSK's regional promotion activities.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth and expand GSK's presence in the region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and commercial operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive business growth and improve market share.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key external partners and stakeholders to support business growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, preferably in a medical or pharmaceutical-related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales or marketing roles in a multinational company.
  • Experience in project management, team leadership, and talent development is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
