Role Summary:

Focused on Internal Control and Compliance

Support internal control assessments based on established control criteria, documenting observations and results. Compliance Advisory: Offer pertinent process, internal control, and compliance system guidance to various business units within the organization. Compliance Assessment: Aid in performing compliance evaluations of the organization's operations, expenditures, and related activities. Compliance Education: Contribute to the promotion and training of compliance initiatives across the organization.

Data Management and Analysis

Oversee the routine upkeep of data associated with marketing initiatives. Extract, organize, analyze, and document critical activity data from the system. Summarize and maintain data consistently and accurately.

Document Management and Filing:

Evaluate the compliance of seal usage requests, ensuring adherence to the organization's relevant protocols; maintain and document seal usage records. Collaborate with other departments to manage the filing and archiving of pertinent documents.

Additional Administrative Responsibilities and Team Support

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in accounting or finance. Strong interpersonal abilities to facilitate effective and influential communication with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated analytical capabilities and a solid understanding of operational processes and technological concepts. Exceptional presentation skills, capable of engaging both large and small audiences. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Competent in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to thoroughness. Intermediate familiarity with SAP is preferred.
