Position Overview

The role involves assessing and troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring effective resolutions are implemented. Collaborate with team members, customers, and field support to identify and rectify challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily maintenance and optimization of equipment to improve performance and mitigate potential issues.
  • Engage with customers regarding machine status, preventive maintenance updates, and facilitate communication regarding machine operations.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including managing work orders, compiling field service reports, and preparing monthly documentation.
  • Generate detailed technical reports independently and provide guidance to junior staff as required.
  • Handle tools and parts for service tasks with precision and care.
  • Spend a significant portion of time in controlled environments, working with both mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Exhibit flexibility in work hours, including the willingness to work overtime when necessary.
  • Demonstrate initiative in communication and collaboration with colleagues to enhance learning and problem-solving.
  • Adapt to management directives based on organizational needs.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent practical experience is required. Candidates should possess mechanical skills and a solid understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, semiconductor processes, and relevant software.

Knowledge of safety protocols is essential, along with a proficient level of English communication, both written and spoken.
