ResponsibilitiesPeople Management
  • Deliver success through empowerment and accountability, modeling, coaching, and caring for team members.

Sales Execution
  • Bring impactful industry insights to customer engagements, close deals, and act as a thought leader in digital transformation.
  • Lead transformational shifts, drive deployment, and create business value for customers, leveraging stakeholders and partner integration.
  • Identify and track new opportunities, build pipeline, and educate customers on how to address their needs.
  • Collaborate with partners and internal teams, engage customers, and drive consumption, leading with technical and industry insights.
Scaling and Collaboration
  • Build a network of partners to cross-sell and up-sell, identifying new partners and evaluating capabilities.
  • Facilitate partner strategies, ensure execution, and provide input to One Commercial Partner on developing capabilities.
  • Learn about and apply the orchestration model, facilitate internal communication, and contribute to model development.
Technical Expertise
  • Support team participation in Microsoft events, contribute to event setup, and promote best practice sharing.
  • Act as a spokesman for Microsoft at external events, provide expertise to customers and partners, and share knowledge on specific platforms or markets.
  • Coach team members on business and market knowledge, lead internal collaboration to position Microsoft products and services, and act as a thought leader.
Sales Excellence
  • Build and transform new markets, leveraging technical and industry expertise, partners, and resources, and lead a team to explore business and emerging opportunities.
  • Lay out customer satisfaction long-term strategies, promote development of deep and influential relationships, and guide team members to ensure customer/partner satisfaction.
  • Participate in strategic planning, review plans, and align approaches with sales excellence teams, engaging with external executives to bring a strategic perspective.
  • Guide team members in whitespace analysis, support the team to identify potential business, and align analysis approaches across teams.
  • Oversee end-to-end business, ensure team meets sales targets and operational standards, and maintain metric health within assigned territories.
