About the Role

NTT DATA is seeking a highly skilled Digital Services Delivery Executive to join our team. As a key member of our managed services organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth through innovative service delivery models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of digital services delivery strategies that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that drive efficiency and quality.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored service delivery solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Manage and lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to service delivery and implement proactive measures to address client concerns.
  • Analyze service performance data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure NTT DATA remains a leader in digital services delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology or Business or related field.
  • Advanced experience in managed services and/or support services environment.
  • Proven track record of successful service delivery and client management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
