Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for managing business development, sales growth, and customer relationships to achieve sales targets. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies, and collaborate with our engineering team to provide technical support to customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage business development and sales growth to achieve sales targets
- Determine target accounts through research, market analysis, and customer visits
- Prepare and present technical sales presentations to customers
- Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with the marketing team
- Provide technical support to customers in collaboration with the engineering team
- Monitor and report on financial performance, sales, margins, and cost management
- 3+ years of professional experience in the oil & gas and petrochemical industry
- Familiarity with China CNG, Refinery & Chemical, and Compressor manufacture market
- Technical sales background from industry business lines
- Technical knowledge or ability to learn about our product portfolio
- Experience of working in a multinational and multicultural environment
- Good business thinking and analytical skills for problem solving
- OEM sales experience
- Good writing, reading, and communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Computer literate in MS Office, Excel, and Outlook
