IT Technical Support Specialist

Job Overview:
CJ Smart Cargo is seeking a highly skilled IT Information Technology Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our domestic and foreign branches, ensuring the smooth operation of our ERP system and related business systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide software and hardware technical support to ensure seamless operations across the organization
- Monitor and maintain the ERP system and related business systems to ensure optimal performance
- Assist in formulating and improving processes to enhance service quality and efficiency
- Perform software installations and provide training to ensure effective use of systems
- Complete quantitative work requirements under the supervision of senior staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in a computer-related field
- Familiarity with PC and mobile operating systems, database applications, and English language proficiency
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and adaptability
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and learn quickly
- Senior students in computer science or related fields are also welcome to apply
