We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Knowledge Analyst to join our team at Boston Consulting Group. As a Senior Knowledge Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering value to clients through individual expertise and institutionalized knowledge assets.
Key Responsibilities
You will contribute to client cases by formulating relevant research and analytical approaches in your area of expertise.
You will communicate with case teams and clients in a credible and confident manner.
You will work collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic, often virtual, and be proficient in agile ways of working.
You will be flexible and bring a curious and creative mindset, open to new things and able to propose innovative ideas.
Requirements
1-2+ years of consulting experience in a relevant sector/topic is required, with candidates having consulting experience being strongly preferred.
In lieu of consulting experience, 2+ years of industry experience is required, with 3-6+ years being strongly preferred.
A Bachelor's Degree is required, with an advanced degree being preferred.
Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities are required, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
