Job Summary

Colliers International Group Inc. is a leading global real estate services company with 15,000 skilled professionals operating in 68 countries. We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Landlord Representation to join our team in Greater China.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Regional Director Landlord Services in setting and implementing strategic and corporate planning objectives and policies of the Office Leasing division.
  • Play a key role in business development, including sales, marketing, and public relations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts.
  • Attend regular Divisional meetings and maintain a high presence in the marketplace.
  • Prepare leasing submissions and secure properties for lease.
  • Negotiate lease agreements and instruct solicitors regarding leasing documentation.
  • Meet individual budgeted revenue on a monthly basis.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years' experience in Office Leasing for Associate Director level, and over 2 years for Director level.
  • Mandarin language skill is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven presentation skills.
  • Ability to negotiate with clients.
  • Decision making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize - good time management skills.
