Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for designated equipment and systems
  • Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Manage and deliver service calls within established service level agreements
  • Meet customer service satisfaction criteria as outlined in company policies and guidelines
  • Complete administrative tasks associated with each call, including documentation and reporting
  • Follow established policies, guidelines, and procedures for successful service delivery
  • Ensure control of assets and inventory through prompt turnaround of parts and equipment
  • Report time, mileage, and other requirements accurately and in a timely manner
  • Understand and adhere to safety policies and guidelines
  • Perform other duties as required to meet business needs

IT Skills and Experience

  • Windows 7 & 10, MS Office 2010/2013/2016/365
  • Ability to communicate technical issues with clients
  • Ability to drive to client locations
  • Ability to work overtime as required
  • Ability to drive long distances and occasional overnight assignments
  • Ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
  • Must pass annual criminal and motor vehicle background checks
  • Ability to pass agility test at hire or at time of internal transfer and every 3 years thereafter
  • Must own a basic repair tool kit

In-Depth Knowledge

  • Windows OS (e.g. XP, Vista, Windows 7, 10)
  • Microsoft Office applications
  • PC/Laptop hardware
  • PC/Laptop peripherals, including printers
  • Mobile devices

IT Qualifications

  • At least two of the following:
  • Bachelor of Engineering – Computer Science, Bachelor of Technology – Computer Science, Master of Computer Applications
  • ITIL qualification
  • MCP certification

Experience and Work Rights Required

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Must be a PR holder or a Citizen
