Channel Sales Development Manager

At Oracle, we're seeking a skilled Channel Sales Representative to develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth through our partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop channel partners committed to selling Oracle products
- Facilitate joint selling between channel partners and direct sales teams
- Develop and execute joint "go-to-market" strategies and lead generation opportunities
- Provide accurate and timely management information and revenue forecasts
- Collaborate with marketing to plan marketing events for partners
Requirements:
- 8 years of field sales experience, including 3 years of channel sales experience
- Strong sales and marketing skills, including needs analysis, business justification, and closing methodologies
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Negotiating skills and ability to influence
- Knowledge of Oracle field sales cycle and partner program
