Microsoft's Consumer Sales Organization (CSO) is a global team responsible for sales across Devices & Creativity and Gaming. We put the consumer at the center, helping them discover, learn, and buy through direct and partner channels in over 120 countries. Our team works with ecosystem partners and internal business groups to drive digital excellence and e-commerce capability, as well as accelerate cloud and subscription adoption.

Job Summary

The Distribution Sales role plays a pivotal position in fostering and enhancing relationships with distribution partners to drive business impact and growth for Microsoft. This role requires proactive engagement, strategic alignment, and collaborative efforts across internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of joint business plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively cultivate and influence distribution partners to amplify business impact and Microsoft's consumer strategy.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop and execute winning strategies for selling through a portfolio of distributor-managed retailers.
  • Drive growth initiatives such as digital transformation and ensure alignment with Microsoft's strategic priorities.
  • Build trusted relationships with partners to drive mutual growth and strategic alignment.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in partner management, sales, business development, or related roles in the technology industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. OR a Master degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Track record of sales delivery and execution, with a focus on distribution channel management.
  • Great understanding of consumer channels and retail landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive long-term sustainable sales growth with partners.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English communication in a multinational organization.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ year(s) experience with planning, budgeting, and project management activities.
  • Work experience in Consumer Electronics/IT ecosystem experience with a focus on devices and services sales across consumer segments.
