Responsibilities
  • Site Experience Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to enhance product visibility, placement, and presentation on our online sales platform. Analyze site metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights to support global launch plans and local promotional events.
  • Business Analytics and Collaboration: Conduct in-depth data analysis on sales and marketing operations to produce actionable insights that enhance the customer journey. Work closely with sales teams, category leads, and marketing teams to create engaging offers and experiences tailored to key customer segments.
  • Customer Experience Enhancement: Employ A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve user experience, boost conversion rates, and maximize revenue. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Math, Business, Marketing, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT/Internet industry, technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
  • E-Commerce Expertise: In-depth understanding of e-commerce platform operations, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms such as Tmall or others in the sector.
  • Analytical Proficiency: Strong analytical skills, with expertise in data analysis tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or equivalent platforms.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Proven ability to work in complex environments, engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to understand customer and partner business needs to align efforts with broader goals.
  • Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement across operations.
  • Digital Marketing and SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO best practices, digital marketing techniques, and UX principles.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English communication in a multinational organization.
