Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Knowledge Analyst to join our team in China, who will leverage their expertise in consumer research to deliver high-value insights and solutions to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with global topic leads and colleagues across BCG to bring expertise and capabilities to the service of our internal and external clients.


About the Role

Key Responsibilities:


  • Solving client problems through formulating relevant research and/or analytical approaches in your area of expertise
  • Communicating with case teams and clients team members, in a credible and confident way
  • Working collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic often virtual, proficient in agile ways of working
  • Flexibility and bringing a curious and creative mindset, open to new things and able to propose innovative ideas
  • Navigating complexity and ambiguity

Requirements

Requirements:


  • 3+ years working experience in consulting function of market research firms or other consulting firms
  • Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
  • Familiar with consumer research methodologies and has insights about Chinese consumers, sensitive to identify and follow market trends
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
