About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Inforce Management professional to join our team at Company 43 - Manulife-Sinochem Life Insurance Co. Ltd. As an Inforce Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and optimizing inforce business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for inforce business, providing regular updates to management and tracking progress on action items.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and development within inforce business, working closely with channel teams to implement and execute strategies.
  • Support product pricing and valuation work, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Regional Office and other BU IFM teams to share best practices and drive consistency.
  • Establish a mechanism for regular monitoring and sharing of company experiences.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Insurance, Mathematics, or Statistics.
  • At least 10 years of experience in product pricing, evaluation, or related roles in the life insurance industry.
  • SOA Fellowship or equivalent certification a plus.
  • Proficiency in R, Excel, PowerPoint, and other statistical analysis software or office tools.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong logical ability, active thinking, and high resilience, with a willingness to innovate.
