Job Overview

In our collective effort to deliver the ultimate omni-channel experience for our customers, the E-commerce Category Lead plays a pivotal role in this mission. Collaborating with the E-Commerce Commercial team within the Omni Sales framework, you will focus on unified and cross-departmental objectives, enhancing omni sales performance and prioritizing customer satisfaction in every aspect of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee net sales and daily operations of the commercial strategy and merchandising plan to achieve targets in your e-commerce markets by maximizing both internal and external visibility and pricing strategies.
  • Understand customer preferences, delivering what they desire and effectively marketing our products and complete assortment by establishing sales objectives and execution strategies in coordination with the regional team.
  • Manage assortment, product lifecycle, and inventory from an operational and sales execution viewpoint, ensuring stock freshness through appropriate reduction costs and commercial planning.
  • Identify, organize, and communicate the commercial highlights and calendar specifics of each digital platform to ensure relevance and customer engagement at every interaction point.
  • Collaborate closely with the BT team to pinpoint on-site shopping experience requirements, backend enhancements, and define analytical tools necessary to support your insights into the customer journey.
  • Strategize operational necessities and coordinate with key partners in VM, Marketing, Social Media, E-commerce analysts, and operations teams to ensure outstanding commercial execution.
  • Analyze market trends and performance metrics to develop daily content management site requirements with your VM partner and adapt global content and strategies to align with market relevance.

In addition to your personal attributes, we expect:

  • A University Degree, preferably in Business, Economics, or Fashion.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in E-commerce with a solid understanding of Omni retail and Assortment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both Chinese and English, written and spoken.
  • A strong interest in data analytics.
  • Previous experience with web analytics tools, including Google Analytics, is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with analytical tools such as Power BI and Google Analytics.
