About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive IT Domain Specialist to join our team at Philips. As an IT Domain Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing 1st line support in solving problems and complaints related to IT services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st line support in solving problems and complaints related to IT services and solutions.
  • Escalate issues to 2nd line support teams as needed.
  • Update IT applications and environments as required, in collaboration with other IT domains and global IT or suppliers.
  • Organize training for end-users on IT applications and their relevant environments.
  • Deploy and implement IT applications for different user communities as required.
  • Collaborate with other IT domains, such as IT Infra and IT Security, to ensure comprehensive and robust end-to-end service solutions are delivered to user communities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or software development or software engineering.
  • Proactive behaviors and ability to quickly learn and grow in a complex environment.
  • Familiarity with applications like GitHub, MS ADS.
  • Familiarity with operating systems like Windows, Linux OS, and basic network knowledge.
  • Language skills: Chinese and English, in speech and writing.
  • Able to attend 3 days per week and duration of at least 3 months.
