Position Title: Senior Consultant for Asset Lifecycle Management

Department Overview: Trimble Consulting O&PS - Owner & Public Sector division/AECO
As a Senior Consultant, you will immerse yourself in the innovative realm of developing advanced technology solutions through engaging consulting initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) methodologies and solutions across a diverse array of building and infrastructure project phases and types.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to design and execute project solutions and workflows tailored for owners, designers, engineers, and builders.
- Define interconnected workflows while optimizing intricate systems and technology configurations.
- Create and manage project databases, conduct audits, review BIM data, and customize solutions through scripting.
- Work closely with clients to identify their primary requirements and collaboration goals, effectively communicating these needs to relevant business functions.
- Focus on client retention and enhance the longevity of relationships with Trimble through proactive engagement, exceptional service delivery, and strategic relationship development.
Required Skills & Experience
- Over 5 years of professional experience, ideally in Linear Infrastructure or Maintenance & Operations projects.
- Advanced degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management.
- Proficiency with digital AECO tools and Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms.
- Bilingual in French and English.
- Experience in developing and executing consulting projects, including process mapping and implementation.
- Enthusiasm for emerging technologies and their application within the AECO sector.
- Strong desire to acquire new skills and knowledge, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- In-depth understanding of design and construction methods, processes, and systems, along with familiarity with common construction terminology and standards.
- Ability to engage with clients and their teams during on-site missions, fostering growth opportunities for future collaborations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in wireframe, surface, and solid modeling.
- Skills in geometry optimization and automation.
- Knowledge of parametric BIM production and coordination.
- Expertise in construction modeling and simulation.
- Proficiency in BIM data extraction and analytics.
- Background in software development (frontend or backend).
